We obtained the WELL™ Health-Safety Rating from the International Well Building Institute in 2021 and were re-certified in 2022 and 2023 for The Avenue, Living Lab, and Building 5 Complex at our headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The rating is an evidence-based, third-party-verified rating for all new and existing building and facility types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans. The rating has more than 20 features to help building managers on cleaning and sanitization procedures, emergency preparedness programs, health service resources, air and water quality management, stakeholder engagement and communication and innovation – all increasingly important measures following the COVID-19 pandemic.
